For over 15 years, Prolangue has been at your side as you learn a new language, to bring you up to speed or to get you ready for an important exam.
Our team of experienced teachers, both Russians and foreigners, are here to help you with the process of learning a new language (such as Russian as a foreign language) regardless of your level or ambitions, and to get you accustomed with the culture and traditions of the country where this language is spoken.
Our method is based on a communicative approach, steady lessons and intensive units, gradually enabling you to feel confident in communicating with the native speakers in everyday life or in a professional environment.
According to your needs and preferences, we offer private lessons, small group or class lessons.

Why did you launch Prolangue? What is the particularity of your school?
I created Prolangue because first and foremost, for several generations, everyone in my family has been a teacher. My grandfather was a teacher, a soldier of the Republic in the pre-war French countryside.
Teaching is in my blood. Furthermore, when I first came to Russia in the mid 2000s, I understood right away that many Russians loved France and the French language. So, I decided to create Prolangue to play my part in developing the influence of the French language in Russia.
For how long have you been in Russia?
For over 15 years. I’ve seen a lot of French, British and German expatriates come and go.
The Russian language is claimed to be one of the most difficult in the world, but it has nevertheless gained many enthusiasts.
Some have even fallen in love with the language of Pushkin and read Eugene Onegin in his original text.
Which satisfactions does your occupation bring you?
Seeing the eyes children shine when they start speaking a foreign language while having fun or when they have understood an exercise!
Seeing the smile of newly arrived expatriates when they understand what they are being told on the street or in the shops!
Seeing a Russian who is no longer afraid to answer a question or who is ready take the initiative in the language of Molière, Goethe or Shakespeare!
This is what Prolangue is about. Above all, a lot of joy, the satisfaction of a job well done and a duty fulfilled!
As the mother of two French-Russian children who are attending the French school, can you tell us what difficulties a child has to face when their parents aren't both French speakers?
Yes, it’s true that Russian children (or those who weren’t sent to a French school as early as kindergarten) face certain difficulties when they start their education at the LFM.
This high-quality education is indeed only provided in French. Children whose native language isn’t French sometimes have trouble understanding what the teacher is asking and grasping all the subtleties of the instructions.
Parents must be attentive, support their children and assist them throughout their education, and, if needed, call on external help.
In your opinion what are the keys to success for a child attending the French school in Moscow?
The key to success is to seize every opportunity to read and to watch films and cartoons in French, and parents must help their children as much as possible. Prolangue and its team of qualified teachers is also here to help children and teenagers with their studies and to make this choice of attending the French high school a real success!

For over 15 years, Prolangue has been helping your children learn a foreign languuage, starting as early as three years old, with Early English, precocious French, Russian for toddlers. Older children can rely on Prolangue for tutoring and homework help, or for preparing for the exams that punctuate their schooling.
